How to install your eSIM
Before you start
- Make sure your phone is eSIM-compatible and network-unlocked.
- Connect to Wi-Fi during installation.
- Open the email we sent after your purchase. It contains your install link.
iPhone
- Open the install link from your email on your iPhone, or go to Settings → Mobile Service (or Cellular) → Add eSIM.
- Choose Use QR Code and follow the on-screen steps.
- Name the new line, for example Travel.
- When you arrive, set it as your data line and turn on Data Roaming for that line.
Android (Samsung, Pixel and others)
- Open the install link from your email, or go to Settings → Connections → SIM Manager → Add eSIM (Samsung) / Settings → Network and internet → SIMs → Add (Pixel).
- Scan the QR code or follow the install link.
- When you arrive, turn on the eSIM, set it for mobile data and enable Data Roaming for it.
