YRH eSIM app privacy policy

This policy explains how the YRH eSIM Android app handles your information.

What the app collects

The app does not create accounts and contains no advertising or analytics tools. To show destinations and prices, it downloads our public product catalog from our online store. The language you pick is kept only while the app is open.

Buying an eSIM

When you tap Buy, a secure Shopify checkout opens inside the app. There you enter your name, email address and payment details. This information is sent encrypted to Shopify and its payment providers, who process the payment and create your order. The app does not store your payment details. See our store privacy policy and Shopify's privacy policy for how that data is handled.

Delivering your eSIM

After payment, our order automation keeps your email address, first name and order number so it can send you your eSIM install link by email. It sends an order reference, not your personal details, to our eSIM provider to issue the eSIM. We use this information only to deliver your order and to give you support.

Permissions

The app needs internet access only. It does not request your location, contacts, camera, microphone or files.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13.

You can ask us to access or delete the order information we hold about you by emailing khaledkorichii@gmail.com.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and its date.
